The location is super convenient, especially if you're attending events nearby. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the comfy beds really made a difference after a long day. The staff was friendly, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the breakfast spread was excellent, giving us plenty of options to fuel up for the day!
That said, the parking situation was a bit of a hassle. We weren’t informed about the hefty charge until checkout, which caught us off guard. And housekeepers could be a tad more discreet—had a couple of awkward moments when they walked in without knocking.

Fairly clean hotel, helpful and attentive staff who treat every guest in a very special manner. Outstanding food for high quality breakfast for 2 slices of toast. Central location, within a close distance from a multi-purpose stadium. Comfortable base for exploring Sydney.

The staff here make the stay enjoyable, always friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, though some areas could use a little updating. The location is great for events, but there's not much around otherwise. A comfortable stay, perfect for a quick getaway or event attendance.

The staff at the reception desk and the conceige were amazingly helpful. The room was beautiful and fully fitted out. The bathroom was amazing and the complete suite was spotless. It was so close to Acer Arena.
The bar closed too early on the Saturday Night - 12:00pm, when youv'e been out it would have been nice to have a drink at the bar. The breakfast staff were not engaging or as helpful as the Reception area and the food on the hot buffet was only warm

I stayed for two nights at the Pullman while attending a rugby match with my family, and it was worth every penny. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Our room was well-appointed and surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest well. The restaurant had a fantastic selection of meals, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was inviting. the gym facilities were great, adding to the overall experience.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The close proximity to the events and the access to Sydney itself. The ambience/decor was pleasant.
Could not get internet connection into our room # 854 despite getting your inhouse technician to try also. This was a major hassle for us as we conduct all business when out of town from Brisbane, on our laptop. Was mildly irritated that 2 mornings we had only one bath towel between us and didn't discover till I was in the shower and husband had gone to the showgrounds - otherwise I would have phoned for a towel.

The beds and the cleanliness of the rooms
The lifts were too slow to open and the room service food was not up to the standard I would expect considering the prices and from such a high standard hotel. The food was the most disappointing. i dont mind paying if the food matches that standard but unfortunately it was very bland and ordinary.

The views were stunning, showcasing the cityscape in two directions, which was a wonderful surprise. the bar was conveniently located nearby, making it easy for me to grab a quick drink on my way to the show.
I did notice a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection in the room; it was a bit slower than I expected.
